ISRAEL SERVICE TOUR

TRIP INFORMATION

TOUR PRICES – LAND ONLY:
$3,795 per person based on double occupancy and a minimum of 20 travelers. If there are only 15–19 passengers, an additional $350 per person will be required. The Single Room Occupancy Supplement is $1,284 for you to have your own room.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE

  • $400 non-refundable deposit ($416 if paid by credit card) is due upon registration. If the tour is cancelled by Joan Peace or the licensed tour operator, all payments, including the deposit, will be fully refunded.

  • Final Payment and Copy of Passport – January 16, 2027: 

        - Double Occupancy: $3,395 pp

        - Double Occupancy paid by cc: $3,531 pp                

        - Single Occupancy: $4,679 pp

        - Single Occupancy paid by cc: $4,866 pp

PAYMENT METHOD

  • MUST BE MADE IN U.S. FUNDS.

  • Payments are made to Joan Peace Travel.

  • Payment options:

FLIGHTS

  • Participants are responsible for purchasing their own flights.

  • Refundable or changeable tickets are strongly recommended in case of unforeseen cancellation.

  • El Al Airlines is partnered with Delta regarding points usage. Travelers may fly all the way on El Al or use alternate cities (e.g., Athens or Vienna) to connect. It is strongly recommended to fly into Tel Aviv on El Al Airlines.

  • Joan Peace Travel is not responsible for airline issues, ticket changes, or cancellations.

PASSPORT

  • All travelers must have a valid passport to depart the USA and re-enter.

  • Your passport must not expire for at least six months after your return date.

 

TRAVEL INSURANCE

  • Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended, especially medical coverage.

  • Participants are responsible for filing claims with their insurance provider. Joan Peace Travel is not responsible for reimbursement beyond the licensed tour operator’s refund policy.

 

ROOMMATES

  • Tour prices assume double occupancy.

  • Assistance in finding a roommate is available upon request.

  • Without a roommate, participants are also responsible for the additional single supplement of $1,284 .

CANCELLATION

CANCELLATION FEES

  • Registration to January 15, 2027: The $400 registration deposit is non-refundable if a cancellation is initiated voluntarily by the traveler. If the tour is cancelled by the organizer, all payments toward the tour will be refunded, minus any non-refundable credit card processing fees.

  • January 16, 2027, through March 17, 2027: 100% of your total tour cost is non-refundable if canceled voluntarily by the traveler.

  • Operator Cancellation Policy: All payments toward the tour are refunded if the tour is cancelled by the organizer, less any non-refundable credit card processing fees. Voluntary cancellations submitted by a traveler prior to an official tour cancellation remain final and are strictly bound by the standard penalties above.​​​
