PUNCTUALITY: I understand that it is my responsibility to meet the group on March 18 at 10:00 am at Kdumim Square, Jaffa. Also, I understand that if I am not on time for the bus while touring, I will need to meet the group by taxi and/or train at the Leonardo Plaza Hotel in Netanya. Israel Railways provides train service from Ben Gurion Airport to the Netanya Train Station (the main one, not Sapir) every half hour. There is one 4-minute stop in Tel Aviv - you may need to wait for the next train 30 minutes later. If you can make the change in 4 minutes, the trip is a total of 56 minutes, much shorter than taxi or driving (up to two hours with traffic). Cost: $6-8.
ITINERARY CHANGES: I understand that parts of the itinerary or speakers may change, or not be available, due to extenuating circumstances.
TOUR OPERATIONS AND DECISIONS: Joan Peace and/or the designated Tour Operator have sole authority to make decisions regarding the operation of the group tour, including itinerary, hotels, transportation, tour guides, speakers, activities, and other group arrangements. Travelers agree to follow the official tour arrangements and instructions provided by Joan Peace and/or the Tour Operator.
GROUP TOUR ARRANGEMENTS: Travelers may not independently contact, negotiate with, or make arrangements with the Tour Operator, tour guides, hotels, transportation providers, speakers, or other suppliers regarding group services or changes to the group itinerary. Any questions or requests concerning group arrangements must be directed to Joan Peace. Travelers may not organize, direct, or authorize changes to group arrangements on behalf of other travelers.
OFFICIAL COMMUNICATIONS: Joan Peace will provide official tour communications and updates to participants. Travelers agree to rely on the most recent official information provided by Joan Peace regarding tour arrangements, schedule, security-related operational decisions, and itinerary changes.
TRAVELER EXPECTATIONS: All participants are expected to communicate respectfully with the Travel Agent, Tour Operator, tour guides, drivers, and fellow travelers. Harassment, threats, intimidation, abusive or disruptive communications, or conduct that interferes with the operation of the tour or the experience or safety of other participants may result in removal from the tour without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
AGREEMENT: I understand that my tour deposit payment constitutes an agreement between the parties and an acknowledgement that I have read and understand all policies, terms, and conditions regarding the tour and agree to the policies, terms, and conditions without amendment, deletion, or addition. I RELEASE Joan Peace Travel, Vered Hasharon Travel & Tours, the tour guide and bus driver, and any other parties responsible for different aspects of this tour. They assume no liability or responsibility for any injuries, illness, inconvenience, activity cancellations, theft, property damage, irregularity, or incidental damages occasioned by unplanned circumstances or by any person or reason whatsoever including but not limited to events such as strikes, pandemics, revolts, wars, natural disasters, closures of airports and/or hotels, default or omission of any common or private carrier or the default, negligence or omission of and by any third party providing services or facilities to or included in this tour or any part thereof. Enrollment in and payment for the tour constitutes my acceptance of the program conditions and this Liability Release. The program conditions become a binding contract when my registration and payment are received. I agree to these Terms and Conditions in full and understand that I am responsible for all payments by the appropriate deadlines and a travel and health insurance policy is highly recommended.
